With the entering of energy saving lamp, LED would be wildly used in China. LED Light housings, are made by aluminum alloy die castings, have great potential demand, which is a good news for aluminum alloy die casting industry.
In November 2012, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs, State Administration for Industry and Commerce and State Administration of Quality Supervision have published Notice of a ban on imports and sales of general lighting incandescent lamps, which pointed out the plan of eliminating the incandescent lamp as European countries and America did before. It's widely believed that get incandescent lamps off the market would benefit energy saving lamp a lot.
LED light is a new light source with the advantage of environmental protection, non-pollution and low carbon, which will be popularize and applied in the future. Currently, the main products of Chinese aluminum alloy die casting industry is light housing, but the domestic use of LED light has not been spreaded. With the strong promotion of LED light housing, the demand will rise and Chinese aluminum alloy die casting industry will receive another development.
